Do not send Crypto to Heritage sports!! You risk losing it all

Heritage sports has verifiably stolen $5000 worth of Ethereum from me. I have been trying to resolve this for a month and a half. 

They blame it on their "provider". The blockchain shows a verifiable transaction where I sent $5000 of Ethereum to the exact address they specified. However, after a few days, the money did not show up in my account. There has been countless back and forths and stalling by "the provider". 

I don't think either one knows anything about bitcoin or altcoins. Or this is just a nefarious plot by "the provider" to steal my money. I have provided all of the information they have asked for, and 6 weeks later, I still don't have a return or a credit to my account.  I keep getting stall tactics and rude comments from Heritage Sports.  

So be forwarned. DO NOT SEND ANY ALT COINS TO HERITAGE SPORTS OR YOU RISK LOSING IT ALL. 

Yeah.  I get that.  Probably should have done a test transaction.  But I've never had any problems at all with 5dimes.  I've done 10k at once.  Plus it is Heritage sports problem.... They hired "the provider" to execute these transactions.  But they won't give me access to this provider.  They say "I have to wait like everyone else".  Well, I hope everyone doesn't have to wait 2 months to get a refund when it was their mistake.
