Coinbase questions

please and thank you upfront. I just used coinbase for first time in over a year I used couple times before that. I just transferred from savings account (same method I used last year ) to coinbase and it took 12 days to credit me my full availability is that normal? Last year only took 2 -3 days does it get quicker the more I use it? Any help is great. Thanks again
