Coinbase pulls out of Hawaii

Now that coinbase has pulled the plug from Hawaii. What are the best options. I was using Bank account to coinbase then coinbase to Blockchain and Blockchain to sports book and reverse method for payouts. Any advice is appreciated.

get a bit pay card and use blockchain
