how can these jokes charge outragous fees then delay sending bitcoin for 8 hours

they are the absolute worst. Took 2 months to hear back from there customer service and since have not gotten any messages answered. Complete joke

8 hour delay?

You must be doing a lot of transactions over a short period of time. Besides one Friday night, where there was a couple hours delay, my transactions are always done in under a hour. Usually under 30 minutes.

And the fees are about 3%. Not exactly outrageous. If 3% is outrageous to you, you shouldn't be gambling in the first place.
