Why can't I just go to a Bitcoin ATM (there is one near me), put in a little cash, get that bitcoin paper wallet, and then message a sportsbook and give them the address on that wallet? If it's a small amount, why isn't this possible? Why do I have to go to coinbase, open up some stupid blockchain thing, link my bank account and give my info to some company?

Why isn't this possible? What am I missing?
