Bovada casino (slots) trouble

hoping to get a solution on here as Bovada sure can&#x27;t seem to provide one.  I&#x27;m having trouble with one of the slots games they have freezing up after one spin every time I load the game.  Dragons slots is one I&#x27;ve played for years and never seen this issue.  Their advice is to try another browser, log out and log back in, clear cookies, use another device, java version might need to be updated.  Tried all of that and the game won&#x27;t work on phone, iPad, etc.  Seems to me it is their game since it freezes up with multiple devices.

I'm guessing you are in the Hole and Bovada is doing you a favor by closing you down if you have been playing this Game with the expectation of a positive outcome.
