Bovada and MatchPay Stolen Money

Did a trade on MatchPay and the other person did not confirm it.  Bovada will not do anything.  MatchPay does not respond.  Any suggestions?

 

It was on CashApp to a person named Leo Bernard, $lbp132003.  Do not trade with him.

Still stands about the person, but you can delete as they've made me whole after making me jump through hoops.
