Bookmaker check problem

Question

Withdrew 3000 from bookmaker, received the check, i deposited it in my account and funds were available. Get a letter two weeks later saying the check was declined and a letter saying it was and they sent the check back.

Spoke to bookmaker and they said to send them the letter and check. Is this the right way to go about it?

They gave this address to send it to

75 mts West from the Contraloria General de la Republica Mata Redonda, Sabana Sur San Jose, Costa Rica Attention Alejandra Flores

How would I go about writing this on the envelope. Looks a little funky and there is no postal code?

Had the same exact thing happen to me at 5Dimes last month. I took pics of the letter from the bank and the bounce check and e-mailed it to 5dimes. They received the e-mail and said they are working with their processor to resolve the problem.

Ask Bookmaker if you can email the documents.

Don&#x27;t worry.I&#x27;ve been with Bookmaker for about 10 years now, and naturally have experienced a couple anomalies over the course of the year with withdrawing. Whether check getting seized by carrier, customs, processor, ect. Bookmaker has always taken the initiative to correct the problem, and has never sat stale once.You&#x27;d be better off getting someone high up on the phone. They get sh7t done.
