BOOKMAKER ASKING FOR BANK STATEMENT

This is my first time cashing out with BOOKMAKER. I have deposited a lot of money in the last 2 months. I cashed out and it has been 13 business days. So I contacted them and they are telling me they need a bank statement .
Has anyone had this problem? Please let me know .

They should not have any reason to ask you for that. Hopefully someone will respond to you. Did you ask them what the purpose of it was?

I did a "Pay2card" withdraw so it should of went back onto my Visa card . They told me it would take 5-10 business days. It has been 13 business days.
I talked to them on the live chat and they told me I had to wait until the end of Febuary so I can send them my credit card statement .
The reason they said was to prove to them that the funds were not put back onto my card. They said that they will open an investigation after they recieve my credit card statement.
I have made about 10-15 deposits using this same card with no problems depositing money.
This is my first time cashing out with BOOKMAKER and this is what happens? Very frustrating.

They said that they needed the month of Febuary credit card statement to make sure In fact that I did not recieve the funds. I have been using the same credit card and have made 10-15 deposits with no problem. It has been 13 business since my payout was approved .
So now the first time I cash out and now this!?
So now I have to wait until the end of the month to send them my statement. They also said because it is a "3rd party" who handles the payouts .
I don't know what else to do except to send them my statement . I have already sent over ALL the credit card forms to verify my credit card and ID. I have never had this problem with Bobada.

UPDATE!

Going through the same thing right now. I made my Pay2Card  payout request on FEB 10.  I just sent my INFO back to them this morning after I had to call because the money had not reached my account yet after two weeks.  This is unacceptable.  And it the first time I have ever had a problem with BookMaker delaying payout.  It better be the last!

I will update when I receive my funds.

I'm sorry to hear about the delays and such with the Pay2Card method. I have an account with both Bookmaker and Heritage and never utilized this method. What is the max payout with the Pay2Card? Lastly, hopefully an administrator on this site may want to contact Bookmaker about these delays and the need to furnish bank statements since they are supposedly an A+ rated sportsbook.

BookMaker's Pay2Card Payout has made it to my bank account today.

I'm still not happy about the delay.  It better have been a one time thing.

5 Dimes gets Pay2Card Payouts into my account in 5 business days without all the extra paperwork.  There is no reason BookMaker cannot match that. 

 

I too have a problem with BookMaker/BetDSI. Specifically BetDSI. My payout request was approved on the 14th of this month and I still have not received it. I was told that due to "chinese new years" they are a bit delayed. I asked how delayed? They said 7 days. They said it should be here m-f of this week. Needless to say I'm a bit concerned as to whether or not I'll even get my money this week. This is absolutely pathetic from an A+ rated sportsbook. I wish SBR or covers would contact a manager at BETDSI/BookMaker about how many players they are slow paying because I and many others are not getting paid and its very concerning. 

Edit : I was told that I would get my payout within 5-7 business days. A manager at BetDSI who handled my payout specifically said a MAXIMUM of 7 business days. Then later when i called in on the 8th business day they told me it would take 7-10 business days. Another few business days go by and now it's the whole "chinese new year" excuse. I have more to add to this story but will not do so until I get paid.

Someone who has "pull" does need to contact Bookmaker.eu regarding this. Twice I did pay2card, 1st time it took 15 days(they did credit me the withdrawal fee) and the latest one I requested 15 days ago and I'm still waiting for it. Like someone said, for an A book this is unacceptable.

you need to start doing bitcoin.. it's the easiest and fastest.  takes 2 days.

I did another Pay2Card payout..  It arrived today.  It took 10 days. No extra info required.  It was seamless like it's supposed to be and was in the past. I just wanted to be objective and not only post negative about BookMaker but post the many positives also.  Their customer service is always fast and helpful in my experience.  And the website is always up and running snoothly.  Maybe once this event in China is over they will get back to 5-7 days norm.

I am not well versed in using Bitcoin so I cannot comment on that.  Thank you to the ones that recommended it.  I will look into it.

I am still waiting on a payout that was approved on 3/8. It has been 17 business days and 23 actual days and counting. It doesn't seem like I'll have my money anytime soon
