BitCoin verification help with CoinBase

Question

Recently, coinbase is asking for additional ID verification while initiating a buy/sell. You need to start the verification process, click on the ID type and then use your webcam to take a picture of yourself and your ID. However, I do not receive a pop-up to allow the website to use my webcam. I have modified my browser to allow the coinbase website to access my camera, but I do not get the window to allow webcam use. Does anybody have a solution or has anybody successfully completed the verification process themselves? It is a pain that coinbase continues to ask for my ID verifications - does anybody have another solution or a better bitcoin site?

If I remember correctly, I used the app to complete the verification process. You should be able to use the camera on your smart phone.
