Bitcoin help

I opened up a coinbase account and linked my bank account, I also opened up a blockchain account because I heard it's better to transfer bitcoins from blockchain to coinbase from your book. I bought some bitcoins form coinbase and it says it takes 4 business days for them to arrive! Is this normal? Can I make a withdrawal from my book during this period? I'm using heritage if that matters. 

I hope someone provides you feedback as I am in the very early stages of learning how this all works, and really need additional help.

My question is if it does go into your bank account, and let say you get audited, you are fuked as you would be required to pay taxes on the amount entered into your account correct?

I gave heritage my email and they called me and said my account would be funded but it still has not, maybe tomorrow?

Do you guys use your personal checking accounts that you use everyday or do you open a new account up just for bitcoin? Is it a bad idea to use my regular checking account?
