Betus payout issues!

I’ve been trying to request a payout since yesterday for $2000. I deposited $1000 a week ago, got a 100% free play bonus, and I’ve met the roll over since yesterday. They said their crypto payouts are processed within 24, but every time I try to request the bitcoin payout their system doesn’t work. It’s supposed to send me a verification code to my phone number or email on file, but it doesn’t. Bookmaker and bovada usually process bitcoin payouts within 2 hours, I’ve gotten several payouts from them the past month. I think they do this on purpose so you stall, don’t cash out and lose your money. But I’m done with them, I have a $5400 bankroll right now so I can keep betting with bovada and bookmaker, my two main books. Betus has always been so shady, this is the first time I deposited with them since 2015! I remember they made it such a hassle to cash out back them, finding any small reason to deny your payout request. 

Today, they told me to call customer service to request a bitcoin payout. Why the fu** would I have to do that? I hate talking on the phone. I simply want their website payout system to work! But I tried multiple times yesterday and today and I never got the “verification code.” They told me a few minutes ago on live chat, to chat or call tomorrow after 9 am eastern time. Insane!! I never once had to call bovada or bookmaker to get a payout with bitcoin! They always processed it within 30 minutes and it’s in my wallet in 2 hours or less! 

Overall, my experience hasn’t been good! Nothing has changed since 2015! Their super friendly to get you to deposit but they make it difficult to cash out! Plus, the live lines have -120 juice and most soccer lines have a -115 juice! I will never deposit with them again! If you’re thinking about depositing with this website, don’t do it!! Even if the bonus is good, they’ll give you the run around to not pay or slow pay you! I regret depositing with them again and will never do it again!! 

sorry for the rant! But bitcoin payouts should be simple, like bovada and bookmaker do it! Don’t deposit with Betus!!

  No, bitcoin or crypto withdrawals are 24/7. I even asked before I deposited with crypto last week. Bookmaker only does payouts Monday to Friday and bovada 7 days a week.

 Hope you get paid     You are correct BM  payouts M-F and Heritage is 7 days a week, the only books I use

 Yes bro, my two main books are bookmaker and bovada. Been with them since 2012 or 2013, when I first began betting. I tried heritage three weeks ago, deposited $1000 for their 100% cash bonus football special, but didn’t like their website format. Very difficult to use. I lost it and would not deposit again. Although, their baseball lines with low juice are good and also their normal major sports -108 lines. But it’s always good to have 3 or 4 books to get the best line possible. Betus has some good dog lines so that’s the main reason I deposited with them again.

 Yes, betdsi did the same thing to me during the World Cup last year, wouldn’t process my payouts. Their verification codes didn’t go through either. I was trying to cash out $2500and it was a hassle, then I lost it all back to them. This type of crap really upsets me! They’re super friendly when they want you to deposit, always tell you that crypto is their “preferred method.” That’s basically what I deposit with all the time. But when they try to give you the run around when you try to cash out, that’s it for me. I haven’t deposited with betdsi again and never will. Even though they call and email me all the time. 

plus, I bet a lot of soccer and live bets and -115 juice for soccer and -120 for live bets is horrible. Guaranteed loss in the long run. Way too much juice. Bookmaker has -108 juice on all top soccer leagues and -110 for others. Only a few less known leagues have -115 juice with bookmaker. Anyway, anyone who reads this rant, don’t deposit with Betus. Stick to bookmaker or Bovada, I’ve never had an issue with payouts there.  

My bitcoin payout was processed a few hours ago. They said I should get my bitcoin to my wallet within 24 hours. I hope it’s true. I hope they don’t find a reason to cancel it, like they did in the past. I met all my roll over and even sent my ID to verify my identity again, even though my deposit was with bitcoin. I’ll update when I get my bitcoin into my wallet.

 Yes, I remember you posted about them a week ago. I deposited with them again a day or two before you posted your comment. Bitcoin is supposed to take 24 hours. I hope it works. Like I mentioned before in your thread and mine, they used to make it such a huge hassle to cash out. Finding any small reason to deny your payout requests. They have good bonuses, and good dog lines. Which is why I deposited. But if you want to be payed out within 2 hours, do bookmaker and bovada. 

the thing is bovada and bookmaker rarely have good bonuses. But bookmaker has good juice and lots of options. Their live juice is -110 most of the time. Betus live juice is -120. insanely high.

I hope we both get our payouts. Mine is $2000. Good luck to us. Lol

I decided to try Betus and deposited yesterday. Hope I won’t have this issue if I decide to cash out if I win. Usually use MyBookie and they always pay out with if a few hours but only M-F.

 They have good bonuses and good dog lines. Which are the two main reasons I deposited again, after 8 years of not using them. I’ve seen their lines up to .5 to 1.5 point difference on some nfl or college games. It’s always good to have 3-4 books, at the same time, to always choose the best line and juice.  But like I mentioned several times, their live lines are very bad, very juicy. If you bet a lot of live bets, don’t use Betus, -120 is very high juice. 

I also bet a lot of soccer and most of their soccer lines are -115. I mostly used them for mlb, college football and nfl. I use bovada and bookmaker for soccer.

 True , i had an account with betus and always was the same problem so i quit them and i am with Bet365 since then and its way much better , easy and fast . You also can close a bet whenever you want if its available at the moment . A few days ago i had a bet playin that pays about 1700 dlls or so and the last game has strarted but i was nervous about it cause it was the only play left in the parlay so i better closed it and paids me 800 dlls more less . I love betting on that site . I dont know other sites but here you can cancel a bet before it starts or in game , obviously in game bets will pay different depending on how the game goes .

 OMG, do not deal with these THIEVES. Like everyone mentioned , to deposit, it's very easy but to withdraw your winnings, i got a bounced check and it took me 6 months of hassle to get my money. Good luck to you.
