This place out of nowhere makes you submit a liability statement indicating that you will take responsibility for any previous deposits as well as future deposits made on the account. They do this because they know they have been hacked in the past and that it will be done again so they want to be able to screw you over when that does occur again. On top of that they put a freeze on your account for over a week not allowing you to place any wagers or have access to your account to withdraw any funds until they receive this liability statement. Then after receiving it they bring up bogus remarks saying the statement was missing things that it was clearly not. Then to make matters worse, they add some criteria to their demands that was not there to begin with that you have to provide the dates and amounts of every deposit you have ever made with them. If you don’t then they keep rejecting the liability statement you submit and will never allow you access to your account, even if you just want to withdraw your balance and close your account. I have spent days and hours wasting my time over emails and chats with them and their customer service is the worst ever. They won’t allow you to talk to a supervisor or manager and keep giving you the runaround that you need to submit your request by email and nothing ever gets done. I have been with so many sports books in the past and dealing with this company’s staff has been a nightmare experience that I would not wish on my worst nightmare. After exhausting time dealing with this place and seeing I was not getting anywhere, before becoming completely insane from dealing with this place I told them they can keep the funds I have in the account and I am at peace with that because all the time needed to deal with these people is not worth the hassle Bottom line is that you are warned about this place and they are only good at stealing money and then hiding behind a computer making up stories on why they can’t grant access to your account and that according to the rules on their website that they are allowed to do this to customers as they wish.

minI have 638 in there right now. Mgm morgantown hollywood casino. Cant even get my money. They told me i cant get my money at the cage because pennsylvania residents do not have that option. I live in pennsylvania. Why would pa residents not be able to pick up money from the cage when i live a half hour away. Smh. And first chat lady told me i can get money at cage. And second person who i ended up having a few choice words for at the end dismisses the other person telling me i can get my money at the cage and said they dont know who that is amd dismissed it.
