BetDSI Payout Problems

So Customer Service at this books has always stunk but now its getting to a new low. I requested a PAYOUT VIA THE SEVEN CAPITAL DEBIT CARD LAST WEEK. The funds have been withdrawn from the account and they emailed me stating that my payout was processed and funds were available. The kicker is that no funds are on the card.

If you call 5 times you get 5 different answers. Everything from how a payout takes up to 15 days to the real answer which I finally got. They said the processor got paid from them but never put the money on my card. Then come all the stall tactics. Send copies of your card and every other thing they can ask for to buy them time. The all read you their canned answers off a piece of paper til I finally got somebody that did their job and told be my payout was botched. So at present I have no money on my card or in the account. They all keep saying Victor is working on it and relaying messages between us. Funny thing is when I finally got to Victor he didn't know who I was or anything specific to my account. He said there was no problem just a delay between them and the bank etc. Another lie it seems.

Normally when you request a payout on the debit card the money doesn't come out of your account until a day before it hits the card. Not my first rodeo so I know what is normal with their process. So I wonder what lies I will get today about my payout. Probably gonna tell me they sent it on a new card or something but I didn't order one. I entered the card number it was to go on and sent copies of it to as many email addresses as the 5 different clerks could come up with to delay me. What a joke. I am getting ready to request a payout from Bookmaker which is their sister book. I hope I get lucky and their is no hitch like at BetDSI. I will keep everyone posted.
