Their upgrade has been terrible. Errors galore and features not available. Waiting hours for a bet to be graded. Can’t go to sleep and they refuse to grade it. 

Missed out on the Rockets +3.5 2nd half. 

Update sucks. No live bet options. Can’t buy points. Half the site doesn’t function anymore. They need to just go back to the 5dimes layout 

Oh good. Thanks for sharing. Any dollar amount that I tried on live betting was over the limit. Hopefully everything works the way it always has. 

My problem isn’t with change. The fact their live bet was down. They don’t have the ability to do if win bets. Then they won’t grade bets for 5 hours is just terrible. 

Called again. My bet was a 1st round golf bet and it ended 4 hours ago and still pending. Couldn’t tell me when, why or anything. 

Bet finished 8 hours ago. Still pending. The entire 1st round including afternoon tee times ended right at 8pm. So we will see. 

Bet that ended at 12 noon Thursday still pending. Got a free play on the Yankees, it’s been graded. So they are grading loses, but not wins. 

Still pending. Chatted again this morning. Assured me it will be graded ASAP. 

Spoke to a supervisor in wagering around 6:30. Says he’s walking it down and will follow up personally. Still pending. 

In about three hours the matchup will have ended for 48 hours and it’s still pending.

It’s horrible. I was a legacy transfer from 5D and I have called them daily. 

they have so many customers not depositing or using the system. 

must have desktop mode on mobil. Not there 

no parlays allowing team totals. What?

No buy downs on parlays. 

my son can back from college abs showed me a local site that had more options than this new platform. 

and they pay Venmo weekly. 

the only reason I stay with offshore is because of the parlay options. The live game options and the buy up or down of points. 

I only withdraw at 2500$ or more so if I can’t my options why would you even think about staying with a girl like this when the US market already has the basic sites.

If all the recent changes weren't bad enough, now they're having issues with customers logging in. I just spoke with live chat & described in detail what I & numerous other customers are saying on the various public sports forums out there about the awful changes to the layout & reduced betting options. Crickets for 5 minutes, so I ended the chat. Didn't even get the usual bullshit about things going back to normal after the changeover is complete.
