what is the best online sports book? Fast and easy pay outs? Also better lines than bovada? Been with bovada for couple years now. Just wanted to see what’s out there

Do this - locals are liquid and pay, have websites now so everything is available 24/7 and payouts are immediate without jumping through hoops and tons of other BS. JMHO.

CRIS/Bookmaker is the market leader for the entire industry. If you can only play at one book and don't have a solid local, be it there. I would also recommend Heritage and YouWager as backups. (This is assuming you're American and haven't figured out other ways to access other big international shops.)
Bovada is great only if you bet dogs since they shade all their favorites, but you'll get limited very quickly there (or booted) by playing only dogs and payouts can be really delayed.
Most people over the years have worked the system when it comes to Bovada - i.e. have opened as many accounts as possible under different friends and family names, hit them as hard as possible with dogs, and then gotten out. One way to keep your account alive there a bit longer is to occasionally bet into their shaded favorites to fly more under the radar.
