Be aware of Heritage Sports.

Website is a complete disaster. Careful with them. 

The MNF game is not up. This is a regular ocurrance on their football menu. They have deep sixed their phone support and hired 4th graders to design a new website. It is embarrassing. Possibly being bought out or going broke.

It is up for me. I'm putting in bets right now.

I certainly hope you are wrong.  They got put on my Shxt List when they announced that all payouts would be in bitcoin.  I despise the very idea of bitcoin and I certainly would not want any withdrawals to get eaten up by transaction/conversion fees.

 Their new app sucks.   On my phone and computer I go to their website log in and then I just see a white screen …. Doesn’t list wagers sports etc .   Something is wrong

 As of today,Dec 7th 2023,I have the same problem.Can't call(just rings) Email account won't work.OSGA complaint form is a joke. States there is no problem. 

I should have known better,but they had so many options on betting. Got suckered in. Any thoughts? Thanks

interesting.  Heritage has always been an A+ rated book for decades.  I hated the new screens they put up a few months back, but now I love it from a betting standpoint (and I wont say why.

I never call sportsbooks so I cant comment there but they should have competent people answering.

Bitcoin is the future for sportsbooks fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your view.  And most books charge fees for withdrawals anyway, so the BTC fees are just another way to pay.  BTC fees right now are 1000000% a ripoff

 Thanks for the feed back. But if you google the web, you'll see quite a few complaints  posted, with no results. Not really interested in bitcoins speech. You'll see soon not a good idea. They still control your funds and hopefully no one gets burned by the results.

Tip - if you're not getting into the betting screens at Heritage try clearing all cookies. Cust serv advised me to try it when I couldn't access lines and it worked.

Adding to the already mentioned reasons why they suck:

They take some prop bets down 10 minutes before kickoff, leaving up only the ones that heavily favor the house with ridiculous odds.

In the last two weeks, three times, THREE, they graded a bet incorrectly. And I had to argue with them to fix it.

Example: I bet a boxing round prop Under 8'. The ref called for a TKO at 1:48 in round 9. They graded it a loser.

I called cust serv, the recording said, "Our records show you are an online bettor - you have to use the chat room for cust serv issues." 

WTF??!! They're an online book - ALL their customers are online bettors!

I use chat, they tell me the wager was graded properly. I tell them to put me in touch with someone who knows how to grade properly because the wager is a winner.

He gets a "manager" who says, "You bet under 8' rounds. The fight ended at 1:48, and 1:48 is over 1:30. The wager was graded properly."

I replied, "In boxing, they don't count UP from 0 seconds, they count DOWN from 3 minutes. The fight ended 18 seconds BEFORE the 1:30 mark, the wager is a winner. Get a supervisor who knows how to grade properly on the line."

Twenty-five minutes later, AFTER I sent them a copy of boxing rules and how to grade round props, they corrected their mistake, no apology offered.

A-holes, the lot of them.

I've been gone from them for a while. I put in a $300 deposit years ago via prepaid. They put an authorization on it, but said it failed. So I called them and asked if they would release it, they claimed they couldn't and that it would take 30 days for it to release. They told me to call my bank and ask them to release it, but they wouldn't without the merchant saying they want to release, totally understand that. But Heritage refused and refused to do anything. I said it's not fair to hold my money and not credit when it's clear they were in the wrong. I cursed them out, they closed my account.

Got the run around. Jeff stated no problems it's me.

The web complaints state otherwise.

Any thoughts? Or just write it off as a bad bet?
