Requested a bitcoin payout 50+ hours ago and still haven't recieved it...All they can say is I have to wait when the first email I got said it would be processed in 24 HOURS!

Interesting. I have done four Bitcoin payouts since June that totaled about $ 10,000 and never had any problems.
Try checking your email's spam folder. They send a verification email where you have to confirm the wallet address and your 5Dimes account information. No harm there. If you give them the correct information, they will process the payout right away. Assuming you answer during hours the payout department is open.
