Anyone use Visa Processor for 5dimes?

I deposited three times via my Chase Visa, but it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Chase and they said nothing is blocked and it accepts international purchases.

I always deposit with my chase visa card. Done it multiple times there is just a $500 limit per day with it. I haven't done a deposit in about 5 months though so not sure if anything changed.

I tried a few weeks ago with my Wells Fargo VISA. Not only did it not go thru, WF put a hold on that card like right away. I had to call and tell them to take the hold off. I got spooked and didn't even try again. That same card also wont work for TVG to bet horses, which is legit. I have to call TVG and fund the account over the phone with the card.

It just states check with your merchant. I contacted Chase and 5dimes and there doesn't seem to be an obvious hold. It's just going through for some strange reason.

Stop using that visa processor link.... Click cashier then deposits, then click the visa logo and input your card info there it works every time. The holds on the card is on your banks side not 5dimes. Your bank sees a international purchase and they flag it for suspicious activity they thinking someone stole your card number. You would then have to call Wells Fargo fraud prevention dept to remove the hold and just say yes I was trying to buy something online that's it don't say gambling. I use visa all the time it works

If you live in a state where TD Bank does business you can use a TD bank Visa gift card. They charge a small fee for non members. If you have an account they are free. Also, another tip if you have a Visa from another bank. When you make a deposit use an odd deposit amount like $487.00 because the banks will assume you are buying a product or service for those kind amounts. I've used TD bank cards with good success in many cases but never for more than $500.

I'm having the same issue trying to deposit with 5dimes and my credit card.  I've done this so many times, with no issues.  I tried it 3 times tonight and it keeps getting rejected.  I spoke to live chat, they said try master card.  So I tried my master card, and nope that got rejected too.  I've always deposited using my credit card, now all of a sudden I can't.

I have a Visa card that I only use for 5dimes...been depositing with them for years. Never had an issue. This morning  a purchase that I did not make appeared on my account. Although it was small (under $30 for some restaurant in China), makes me wonder if their processor was compromised, which could explain why recent deposit attempts are being rejected.
