anyone else get screwed saturday by sbg global being down

saturday before nova/kansas website goes down and when i call in they say action only on ku/nova it was nightmare trying to get someone on phone before game and halftime then on top of that they screwed up my call in bets and my balance is wrong i was told call back in 2 hours ill update what they say

cs has admitted mistake after listening to tape and review of hand ticket and says they will update balance and apologized , a very good resolution im satisfied they said they will correct there mistake
