i requested one yesterday at 10am,and the mony still in my account.Im use to Heritage and there process.Anybody got any feedback for me?

5d is usually very fast with btc payouts. I've probably used that method like 6-7 times and they usually send a confirmation email within 24 hrs or so.
This time, I made a request 2 days ago and and still nothing from them. I chatted with them and they said they're having 'technical difficulties', So it's pretty sketchy this time. We'll wait and see I guess.

Requested a Bitcoin payout Sunday evening and after 4 conversations with live chat CS, I was told I need to use a different e-mail to get my verification because 5Dimes was having problems with AOL, even though after my chats I requested an email of the conversation be e-mailed to me and I received all 4 within 5 seconds. I requested a change of e-mail and Wednesday morning my payout was granted.
I have had payouts before that took 1 day to be verified and transfer to my wallet. I don't like whats happening.

whats the verdict with your payout?i just recieved the email saying it was processed successfully,and the money is out of my account 48hrs later.lol.But still not in Bchain yet,they said it should be there in a couple hrs when i called.Once i take out all my money,no more 5dimes only Heritage.3 days for btc is unacceptable in 2016.5d is usually very fast with btc payouts. blockchain is instant. buy i think after the first confirmation it appears. try logging out and logging back in.
