Not sure what you mean, but I use blockchain and then send to Circle. Hope that helps.

Coinbase is another popular option with higher limits than Circle, but I'm almost positive that they charge fees and Circle does not.

Get a bitPay card. Withdrawal from Sportsbook straight to BitPay card then just go to any ATM. You can ithdrawal up to 3k

really...that would seem the way to go...have you withdrawn yet...i looked into bitplastic but that seemed a little skethchy...what card do you use

didn't realize bitpay was the actual card you're using...thought it was a description of various bitcoin cards...i used to use neteller when they allowed it for us customers and it was great...this sounds just as good, if not better..i'd like to know your experience with this card , how long it takes to get to card, etc...thanks
