Hello everyone,

Anyone getting their payout for the last 2 weeks?

Denied my bitcoin payout because I'm not on their "exclusive list"

Requested checks (yes 2 checks) nothing shows up yet.

2 weeks and counting....

I have not requested a payout recently. A combination of not gambling a lot lately and losing when I do.

WTF is the "exclusive list"?

i waited until my "free payout window" the first monday of the month from 9-1p. log on to cashout...ha! nothing available. talk to CS live and they have no time frame for check options.

i requested a bitcoin payout a few hours ago and have heard nothing as expected. will keep posted. but this is truly ridiculous.
