5dimes is the worst

been trying to process a bitcoin payout for the past few weeks now.  They are taking forever, unhelpful support, and they keep rejecting payouts.. bs

What is the reason for the rejected payout? Little more info here would be good to help you out but just labeling they suck is awful. You just gotta make sure you have all your docs updated like if u used a card to make a deposit make sure that a authorization form is updated and emailed in. I had a wager that was marked as a loss and after three chats w the reps they sent it to tony for final review and he corrected the wager to a win which it should have, there was confusion cuz ESPN didn't update the TV scoreboard in time. But they're a great book and never had issues w them. If we could help ya out what was their reason for not approving the payout?

they said the bitcoin address i used for the payout didnt match the one i gave in the confirmation email.  There shouldnt even be a problem since this has happened with no other books and i always use the same bitcoin address.  IT just sucks because i want to cash out and having a balance tempts me to gamble more

tried telling them to close my account so im not tempted to bet anymore with payouts pending.  They tell me a note is on my account that says i cannot close my account with funds still inside of it.  What is this BS

Been with that book off/on 14 years....one thing I can say with enthusiasm is Tony has always treated me fairly,and with respect. I would guess because it's how I've treated him?
