So in the last minute and change of the playoff game between the Texans and Ravens today, I go check my open bets at 5dimes and see that one of my parlays is missing... I go to my graded wagers and see that the parlay has been graded as a loser with Ravens-9 as the ONLY loss on that parlay. I go back to my open wagers and see that another parlay I have with Ravens-7 shows that that game has been graded as "cancelled" (a push) on that parlay...
... The problem I have is that there was still just over one minute remaining in the game. I checked my TV and make sure that the game has NOT been paused... all is good and TV is on LIVE time. Now I know there tends to be a slight time delay so I check with Covers scoreboard and see that the game is still in progress.
In fact... at one point there was exactly 0:20 seconds remaining when the clock was stopped due to an incomplete pass by the Texans.
Covers scoreboard and my TV both showed 0:20 seconds remaining in the game at that point, after the incomplete pass by the Texans.
The last offensive play by the Texans was an incomplete pass INTO THE ENDZONE. Now had that been caught by a Houston receiver, the Texans would have been able to tie the game with an extra point... better yet for me, had the Ravens made an INT and ran it back for a score I would have had the Ravens cover the lines on BOTH of my parlays mentioned.
WHY DID 5DIMES GRADE THAT GAME PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL ENDING OF THE GAME???????
It's not as if there are tons of games going on. Actually it was the opposite with only a handful fo games going on at the time.
IS THIS A COMMON PRACTICE BY 5DIMES... AND IF SO WHY???????
I do know that when a game is lost on any of my tickets that they almost instantly grade it as a loss...BUT when I have a winning ticket THEY ALWAYS DELAY FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME before grading my ticket as a winner.
I like 5dimes but things like this just tick me off.
Please share if you have noticed something simular.

I forgot to add that I noticed the game was already graded with a little over a minute remaining BUT THAT I HAVE NO IDEA AS TO HOW MUCH TIME WAS STILL REMAINING IN THE GAME when they prematurely graded the game.
END OF 3RD QUATER???... IDK... but wrong is wrong no matter how long it had been graded PRIOR to the game having been actually ended.
Sorry, but I have to vent about this.
I'd like to see them grade my winners ON TIME let alone prior to the game ending, as they did for this Texans-Ravens game.

If you're betting enough to panick this much over 2 plays you should lower your units. Errors are made and as long as they're fixed it's not a huge deal. Glad you won but in my opinion you panicked WAY too early.

one time back in the day on Betjamaica I logged into my account at like 4am and there was like 2,000 extra in there and I didn't have any pending bets that could have even equalled that from that night. Next morning I checked my account again and my account balance was back to normal. I know it sounds like a made up story but it was the wierdest thing, only time I ever saw something like that happen, and for the record I always loved Betjam they never did me wrong.
