Been waiting on my withdrawal for 2 weeks now. Customer service says there are issues going on. Can anyone comment on this please and give me advice? I'm new to this forum.

I re-submitted a withdrawal request on Sunday and they did my payout request today. They called before they did the payout today, because they needed to confirm some previous payouts. They did say they are having issues and apologized.

Any site taking more than 7 business days to payout should be avoided. Respectable books pay fast. Some times there are delays but they better be the exception rather than the rule.

I have been using this method exclusively for the last year. It has been terrific not having to deal with moneygrams or checks. Every request that has been submitted on Monday has hit by either Friday or Saturday(4/5 days). This is the first time I have experienced a delay with it so there is some sort of issue they are having with it.
Put this request in last Monday (18th) when it didn't show that Sat, I asked about it. Was told if I didn't get it yet I should expect it the following cycle or something like that. So hoping for it tomorrow or Saturday. They said they were having some sort of delays.
Hopefully this is tempory because it is easily the most convenient method, atleast for me. If not I may have to look into bit coin finally.
