5 DIMES SUCK

Been with this sports book for a short while.  Spent tens of thousands w/ MANY deposits.  In this time, I've only experienced sh!tty customer service and a bunch of problems.

First off, I've had at least 5 wrongly graded plays.  I had 2 issues with trying to receive a payout via MoneyGram.  There has been multiple issues with the live betting platform in the past few months (this isn't due to upgrading the site).  Today, there is a delay with bitcoins (not 5dimes fault directly).  Roderick and Tavo told me it could be fixed by speaking to a manager.  In the meantime, I was wrongly deposited money into my account.  Of course that was deducted shortly after.  STILL haven't received my bitcoin deposit after 14 hours.  

Spoke to 3 idiot supervisors.  Hannah, Ernest and Becky (The Operations Manager) who is a tool and threatened me.  

Just getting the word out there.  Changing books today.  Looking to post our conversation via chat.  Lol.  

RIDICULOUS company.  Not willing to help out with any of THEIR errors.  Waste of time.

The last couple of days - and up to now - transaction confirmation time is greatly extended unless you have very high fees on your transaction.  

So this is not 5dimes fault.

Go to your send transaction and look at the "fees per byte".  If it is not up in the 800+ range, it is on delay until at least later today.
