Just opened an account. Bitcoined in $. Funds still not there 4 hours later. Called customer service and I was told wrong information twice and laughed at the other 2 times. Thought this was supposed to be top tier book? Horrible customer service

Used 5 dimes is a joke of a site. The customer service is probably the worst i've ever experienced from ANY company. They are the most arrogant, dishonest, pieces of human garbage i've ever dealt with. Have been a Heritage customer since they were the Greek, and always have been treated with respect. Speaking with 5 dimes is like spilling lemon juice on a paper cut, its seriously that painful. I've never in my life got angry with a customer service rep at Heritage but in a span of 1 month with that trash site, got into 4-5 arguments because of things they told me and then said i was wrong and thats all there was to it. I wish nothing but ill will on their site as they act as if you should be honored to bet on their site. Don't even get me started on Tony. Most cocky, arrogant,lying sack of doo doo you would never want to talk to. All i can say is if you do use 5 dimes, you may have a good experience for a few weeks but eventually you will see what douchebags they are. As usual Heritage is #1 for me. Always helpful and great options. Put a little in Zombie Wager and so far I love it. Will see how the payouts workout but like the setup and registering couldn't be easier.
