hmmm, we might get some better prices on mcalrenmoving forward . . . does anyone thing braun will reverse course during the four week break ? alonso may also ahve another late season run in him, kind of hard to tell if it was the fuel strategy that led to his pole, or has renault made improvements ?

I would have bet the farm on Brawn after Monaco but luckily the prices we're to steep. Now I wouldn't touch them. Alonso won the pole on fuel. My take is that the end of this season is way to tough to call a champ, but should lend itself to fantastic pre-practice wagering. All bets are off on the class of the sport the rest of the way. Anything can happen and I wouldn't be surprised to see Schumacher win Ferrari's first GP of the year. Either way it's going to be incredible to watch. Also BMW announces they are done after this season. F1 hasn't been this wide open since, FOREVER.

agreed . . . just saw the news on renualt having both cars suspended for valencia, because of the alonso incident in budapest. looks like the appeal will take place a week before the race in spain.

i'm voting for long beach or las vegas . . . and avoid a "north american leg", squeeze them in between europe and asia, thereby giving a race early and late.

i just read that F1's sponsors wanted one coast or the other in order to maximize eyeballs . . . vegas was likely mentioned becasue they can pull it off. i don't know enough about long beach or sonoma or watkins glen to know if they are capable of staging an F1 race.

never gonna happen but i wish they would bring it back to Indy. Its only a 5 hour or so drive for me. Been there once before...amazing experience all around...Schumacher won the race of course.
Id love to see him win one of these races before the season ends. Watch the tv ratings go way up when Schumacher shows up in Spain. Not that they get much ratings anyway...
I had no idea the guy was racing motorcycles either...

I agree only because nobody checks the 'other' forum. But it does a great disservice to F1 by clicking on something that says "NASCAR" to talk about F1. G*d damn hillbilly, redneck, line dancing, trailer park, xanex, stroh's, confederate flag, cut offs, bad breath, incest, tony romo, bandanas, winstons, alligators, skoal, kool aid, fish sticks, bill engval, back hair, fat women, septic tanks... ... ... ... ... ... ...
I hate those f**king junkers!

That attitude doesn't fly in here. I love F1 but nothing beats Nascar and your stereotypes are both appaling and incorrect.
