Even more interesting in that because of the rules that are currently in place he will not have the chance to do any testing during this 3 week mid season break

He only can't test the 2009 F60 car. He has been testing in the 2008 car and a petition has been signed by all teams except Force India that would allow him to test in the F60. It is expected they'll sign this week.

BMW out of F1 next season, as you probably know, btw.

Will be a whole new sport and new look next season, especially with the two American teams coming in. Wow.
