Formula 1: Season opening Australian GP this weekend!

Question

Any early thoughts/opinions on who might win outright this coming weekend? Red Bull have had a very good pre-season and of course they have their reigning world champion in Vettel. McLaren are hoping their last minute changes to their cars will give them a great start but could fail spectacularly in the first race weekend. Ferrari, as always, are strong favourites to win a few races and Alonso will be more than ready to get out there and win the title this time around. Mercedes and Renault looking pretty strong contenders. There could be a surprise or two from last season's back end of the grid with Team Lotus looking to make a big impression.

Well, any thoughts from fellow F1 fans will appreciated. I'm surprised there isn't much of a following on these threads (atleast not lately or maybe I haven't looked hard enough lol)

Let the season begin!! First practice tonight, probably around 9pm EST. CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol, seems that way! Each to their own if they like to watch cars make left turns for 3 hours. If I ever have trouble sleeping, I should switch on Nascar.
