myoplex lite are very good for you and very tasty..get the variety box,very good flavors and throw a banana in the blender with it..

it can be both.. i usually do shakes after the workout

Don't buy an Osterizer blender.  They look durable but they are loud.

I use the bullet blender. . .  It's more like a single-serving type blender and seems gimmicky (as seen on tv), but works great

1 scoop of Muscle Milk Dutch Chocolate
1/2 banana
4 oz of almond milk
1 tbsp of honey
4 ice cubes
-Blend!
 
Braun has a stainless steel  handheld blender that works great and its easy to clean w/ no mess of cleaning out a blender.
