Still eat very well but not feeling the urge to lift any more weights. The cycling gave me jock itch which I'm not fully recovered from. It's also hotter than heck outside.

i think we all hit these mental plateus from tiem to time. ill say im in one now. still hitting the gym pretty regularly, but not quite as hard as i should.
its only normal...find something else that gets you excited to work out..maybe work out with someone, or take up another cardio hobby like tennis

Good advice and Thanks !!!!..... That's Exactly what I wanted to hear
Get bored with weights and I like cycling and tennis but the jock itch is a pain in the ass. But I'll go for a good bicycle ride tomorrow and then probably end up at the gym the same day
By the way, the spray on Tinactin is magic. Almost cleared up in two days

Yo Shrimp: Start swimming. I started last year when I got into doing these tri's. It is awesome. It is a great feeling when you get out of the pool and are like,"damn, I just swam a mile today." I would start slow though, swim down and back at an easy pace concentrating on form - then rest about a minute or so, then go down and back again and so on... Eventually you want to go in there and knockout 10 laps (down and back 10 times) without stopping - trust me you will feel it all over your body. (9 laps equals a quarter mile).
If you don't swim much it may motivate you because it is something new. Just a suggestion...
