This one is delicious and can be a meal if you add meat......
Toss broccoli and mushrooms in little olive oil (i like them sliced for this). Any kind of shroom works. Baby Portabellas my favorite but can even go with the standard pre-sliced Crimini's.
Stick in a hot skillet with soy sauce (low sodium as almost always), little garlic but not too much, and Sriachi sauce if you like it spicy. The soy sauce is key though. Can add sesame oil and other stuff but simple soy works.
Done in just a few minutes. Add uncooked but small cuts of meat or any pre-cooked leftover meat.
The broccoli goes well with shrooms. Also, you can peel and slice the brock stock up. Lot of good fiber there and it will taste like a bamboo shoot and offer a different texture.

I tried this out last night and it was good. I could not find Sriachi sauce though and I would have liked it a bit spicier. I tried to make up for it with half a teaspoon of curry paste and a dash or two of my favorite hot sauce. I added fresh sliced tomatoes to the mix also, along with the portabella shrooms and brocolli. Grilled the chicken first and then cut it up and threw it in there when the wok was almost ready, to soak up the olive oil and soy sauce. Keep em comin Shrimp, I like easy recipes like this.

Stir Frys are easy and good. Good way to clean out the fridge as well. Lot of the people here know how to cook meat but lacking in the "what else goes on the plate" part but a mack Stir Fry can be a complete deal.
That Thai Red Curry Paste is the shit by the way

Finally found the Sriracha sauce. Holy shit is this stuff great. The thai curry paste and this makes any stir fry dish seriously great chow. I had trouble finding Sriracha sauce last week but the NY Times had an article about it a few days ago and now the shit is everywhere here it seems. There's like 6 brands claiming to be the original The one with the rooster on the bottle was supposedly first though.
