Well, not sure why you are going after Henry when I was here when you joined, watching you skip around here like peter pan asking how to get more green bars etc.....Love the part in which you say you've been in the industry for years, but Henry posts on here for a living. Well, if by years in the industry, you are implying you know about what you speak of, I guess that's where age and experience come in......You can thank Myself, Mugg, and Henry among others that see past your kiddie nonsense.

"thisguyiswise" has to be the -est name in the forum, and I recall your attention seeking ass when you joined as you skipped all around here like peter fucking pan, asking how to get more green bars, post counts and other really things.......So don get on Henry or anyone else about amount that they post.....When you called creatine "unnatuaral" and then implied you're an expert becuase you've been in the industry for years , but your age says 26-30, it was laughable at best. What exactly is or our "your" years of experience in the industry???

Facts below, that most all in here already knew except you......
    ___________________________________________________
Creatine is, and always has been, a natural component of skeletal muscle. The only reason that creatine may seem like something new is a recent boom in scientific research in the area since the early 1990s. In a sense, creatine was rediscovered when world-class athletes became wise to the option of utilizing it to enhance their physical performance...............
.............In truth, however, creatine was identified as an indispensable part of skeletal muscle some time ago. Nearly two centuries ago (1835)........
...........In fact, meat and fish are the richest natural sources of creatine. Carnivores therefore, receive their creatine directly via dietary channels.......
..........When dietary creatine intake is restricted (or entirely absent) the body can produce creatine from amino acids made available during the digestion of foods.....Therefore, in one way or another, creatine is acquired from our diets. The production of new creatine (synthesis) principally takes place in the liver and kidneys
    ______________________________________________________

Above "thisguyisadolt" , I quote yourself as saying creatine is unnatural and harmful to the kidneys, when in fact, it is produced naturally there as our bodies need it naturally in our diets. I believe that was right after you told Henry how much of an expert that you were and as a 26 year old, have been in the industry for "years".

I learned this shit in high school physiology..........

wow dennis pretty tough on me considering you have my age wrong and date of when i joined completely incorrect.  you joined in 2006 which was 3 years after i did.  in fact my name was made simply as a spin off from when i posted winners for years in mlb on another site and it got shut down so some of us moved here.  but the name wiseguy was taken so i came up with something different that went along the same lines.

i simply made a suggestion to my friend atl, thats all.  if you dont like it or want to get in bed with mugg, thats none of my business.  i dont believe taking creatine is the healthiest way to go about weight gain.  i am no expert in anything nor have i ever professed to be, u and others put words in my mouth that i have never said.

i made a suggestion and coming from someone who is in the industry, has been in the industry for 11 years, played collegiate sports, has a cousin in mlb, has a father and uncle who are professional bodybuilders and has professional people around him daily in regards to health and wellness, i stated not one i know would suggest creatine is his answer.  If you dont like it, thats your opinion. Like luv suggested, lets not forget what atl did say at the end of his initial post.

i have never asked anyone what you are talking about either, you make absolutely no sense, green bars?, if i was concerned about that i think i would have more posts than 3,000 in 7 years on here, no wonder so many people leave this site.  dont worry i will stay just for you tough guy.

dennis hopson is a cool name though and so is your picture.  I know creatine is already produced, hence why many feel you dont need more

i have never asked anyone what you are talking about either, you make absolutely no sense, green bars?, if i was concerned about that i think i would have more posts than 3,000 in 7 years on here, no wonder so many people leave this site.  dont worry i will stay just for you tough guy.

dennis hopson is a cool name though and so is your picture.  I know creatine is already produced, hence why many feel you dont need more

you have the classic ectomorph physique, and if you're 6'1", 145 that means you're an extreme ectomorph. I hate to say never, but you will most likely not gain 40-50 lbs of solid mass unless you do use roids, and lots of it. if you eat a proper diet and workout regularly the best you can hope for is probably 20-25 lbs, and that would take a year or longer.

live with the fact that god gave you what you have and consider it a blessing. you said save the jokes cuz you've heard them all... that's probably why you want to change your body and improve your self image. but the same people who were making fun of you back then would probably kill to have your body now(but you probably heard that a lot, too)

I think a realistic goal would be adding 15-20 lbs. I know that's not what you want to hear, but once you start getting serious about fitness and nutrition you will immediately feel a change and understand it's more important to feel good than look good. I would also recommend doing it the natural way. you have a rigorous work schedule and it would be foolish to jeopardize your health and livelihood to impress some random strangers.
