Cauliflower rice

Tried it today, as i want to cut down on rice. It works very well with curry and chili dishes with lots of sauce.

So easy to make and well very good.

Why do you want to cut down on rice ????

It's been a staple of Asian diets for over 3,000 years

There is no 100% cappers in the world

If you want to lose a few pounds, a lot of emty cals in rice.

What about a 'brown rice' alternative? Much better for you than white.

Brown rice are better than the white ones for sure, but it has almost the same level of calories.

Cauliflower has something like 1 /10 of the amount of calories for the same amount of rice.

I ate it again last night, still pretty good. I am happily eating it in my curry dishes.

cauliflower rice is pretty good. i still like my brown rice but there are tons of other rices that you can try that Im sure a lot of people havent heard of and benefits on each

Quinoa is also a great rice "substitute". More nutty and crunchy. I like it a lot.

but quinoa is a corn sort and high in carbs... fine if you want to stay healthy, less if you want to loose weight
