Appetizer/Canape..... Smoked Salmon & Hummus

Haven&#x27;t made it but saw it on TV last night (Dinner Impossible) and it looks good and easy.....&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Chop up some smoked salmon and put it on top of a small dab/bed of hummus on top of a cracker.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Top with black caviar and some finely chopped chives.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Elegant and easier than fuck !!!
