I see the bowflex commercials a lot, anybody try it?

Heard if you get the right model that they are great.

You'll need more info on the product line than that though I'm afraid to be of any help. I do know that you'll need some room for it.

Yup. I'm really not into all that gimicky stuff either.

You need an ez-curl bar also. with whatever amount of weights you feel comfortable doing 3-4 reps of 15...
