Oh uh..... My new little web based calorie counter does not have bean sprout in the database 
See ya later nutrimirror calorie counter.
By the way, if I type in "peanut butter" I get five pages of cookies and crap but when I type in "bean sprout" I get nada?
In the market for a new calorie counter if anybody knows a good one.

Well there's gotta be something healthy in these things. Will worry about that later. In the meantime, don't panic, here is the stir fry recipe using sprouts...................
Cube your chicken and cook that on stove top in some olive oil. Pull out of pan and set aside.
Crank up the heat to maximum and deglaze the pan with just enough chicken broth to clean the pan. I added a shitload of red thai curry paste and good bit of soy sauce. Add the slow cooked vegetables first..... onion, shrooms, whatever the hell you want. Add the broccoli later and the sprouts last. Throw the chicken in there about the same time. If gets dry, add water.
ps
No need to salt the vegetables before you cook them because of the soy sauce.

Stir Frys are great for midweek stuff. Easy and healthy.
EVERYBODY always overcooks chicken though so don't be one of those guys who overcooks the chicken.

I Cook and Eat mostly Asian Foods... I used to watch my Mother and Relatives cook, I learn from their watching them...I wouldn't say that I'm an Expert Cook but I do cook most of the time.... I'm very picky at what Food I eat, That's why I always have to cook for myself...
