continue... Just like he has shown on this thread"...
Keep up the good work Mizuno...
I guarantee you that he cannot stop himself, from trying to continue to spam and ruin your thread, but lets not let him be a "spoiler"... History has shown he tries so hard to ruin the food and fitness forum...

LOL! It's really like water off a ducks' back for me. More amused at the two of you trading barbs.
For the 1st time in a long time, I think I saw my jawline today. Double chin begone!!
Cool,
We will just ignore the "GBP/rebelyell alias"... you can see that most people in "food and fitness" know what he is about in terms of trying to start unnecessary drama trying to spam up and ruin the forum and he is just at it again...
nice job on your progress, it is nice to actually see it, its not all about the number on the scale, but the emotional benefit from feeling good about how you look....

right on cue, I knew it...
The "GBP/BLU82/rebelyell alias" cannot help himself...
Thats what makes it compulsive, he has lost all control and sanity... Every few weeks he creates another alias and comes to the food and fitness killing people's threads with spamming...
Mizuno I like your idea of just letting the "GBP/BLU82/Rebelyell alias" just fall like water off a duck's back... Its a good way to just ignore his antics...
compulsive spamming in.... 3, 2, 1....

I knew with in about 24 hours of having this thread face a an attack, the linesmen would figure it out that the GBP/Rebel-yell alias was back at it with spamming up threads trying to ruin the food and fitness form...
I also knew that once he set his target on this forum he would not be able to stop himself from compulsively spamming up the thread...
It is like compulsive eating, just like we talked about... You can't just freely make it up as you go along because you will likely be the victim of compulsion if you are wired that way...
Next move for the "GBP/Rebel-yell Alias" is that he will be back as another Alias spamming up the thread again in no time... It is all part of the pathological and dysfunctional behaviors patterns that the "food and fitness" forum has put up with for far too long...

To the contrary, I've been faithfully working out every other day. Light Incline bench reps, 40 sit-up's, biceps, cable crossovers, torso rotations, light on thighs & hamstrings, a 30 minute - 2.22 mile walk/jog, and finish with 5 min in a steam room after a quick dip in the pool.

There are endless opinions on diets, and believe me, I've tried a lot of them. This one has stuck with me due in large part to my Droid X phone. Got a calorie counter app that litterally tells me, "you're done for the day". For years, I was probably packing away 5,000 calories a day.

1500 calories a day for a guy your size is WAY too little.
My advice would be to go to this website and do some research.
www.abcbodybuilding.com
Dont listen to this guy. Your BMR is 10x your body weight, give or take. So for your body to stay at 300 pounds, it needs roughly 3,000 calories per day.
What you have done is started to eat like a man that weighs 150 lbs, which is a lot closer to your "ideal" weight of 200-220. It stands to reason you are losing weight. Each pound of fat is aprox. 3500 calories. So, by diet alone you should lose about 3 pounds per week for the first few weeks. As you lose the weight, the weight loss from diet alone will taper off (logically). The excercise is the key once you've reach a plateau in weight loss from diet alone.
When you get down around 240ish, you will need to excercise more to get that last bit off.
So yeah, you are starving yourself. But 1500 calories is actually very sufficient if you make them count. Fruit/veggies and lean meat should be the staples of your diet. Eliminate fluid calories (soda/beer/milk/juice) and try to add a little more protein and a few less carbs(not preaching, just telling you what worked for me).
Keep it up bro, its great to hear

LOL, ok don't listen to me.
You have no goddamn clue what the hell you are talking about.
Funny how you tell me him to listen to me, but then you agree with that he is damn near starving himself.
You might want to go do some research on weight loss.
