Who would you start?

Sorry for a newbie question... This is my first year running a fantasy team.  Would you start Michael Bush in the Q/W/R/T position over Austin Collie in Week 1?  I figured with Manning out that Collie may not get as many touches.  Also assumed that a second string RB is more likely to get the ball more often than a second string TE.  Let me know your thoughts please.
