Trade offers

Just looking for others opinions, as I cant make up my mind on a few offers I have received. 

I am in 2 leagues, I am 3-0  in both and both leagues are the same format...1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 rb/wr/te, k, d

PPR, all tds 6 points...1 pt a yd wr/running and every 10 passing....

First Team (I have high point all 3 weeks)

Flacco, Kolb, Henne, McFadden, Greene, Ingram, Welker, Andre Johnson, Brandon Marshall, Jordy nelson, henderson, Graham,

I have been switching qbs on matchups and have started the same 5, McFad,, Greene, Welker, Johnson and Marshall all 2 weeks...

I dont feel I have to make a move and my wrs will carry me to the playoffs, but I am worried about Greene and Ingram isnt doing anything....

I have been offered Chris Johnson and Rivers for Welker or Johnson....It is taking a chance with a stud wr hoping that Johnson come back to form.  What would you guys do???

Second trade offer and team....

Ryan, Eli, Rice, Daniel Thomas, Beanie Wells, Cadilliac,Welker, Wayne, Harvin, Knox, Henderson....

I have been playing Rice, Welker and Wayne all 3 weeks, and have been swithcing either Wells and Thomas or Harivn Henderson....

Anyways, I was just offered Julio Jones for Wells....

I like Jones to start putting up good numbers...If i make this trade it will allow me to maybe shop a combo of wayne and harvin for a better wr or rb???

If Wayne wasnt having a bad year I probably wouldnt even consider a trade, but he just isnt doing it with those qbs....

Would you trade Beanie for Julio??
