Trade Haren for Mauer?

I'm struggling with this considering Haren's historic second half letdowns and Mauer's likelihood to turn things around.

I have a very good staff otherwise: Sabathia, Hamels, Beckett, Kennedy, Cain, Chacin, Morrow and Vogelsong.

Platooning Wieters and Napoli at C currently.

Help please.
