I completely understand...but I would only agree with you if I knew this was a fishy trade. Look at iSTEAL's pitching. He really isn't stacked. Cueto has pitched very well since starting off bad. And if Strasburg is the real deal...then he gets 2 really good starters in this trade. Also think about it this way...he traded Hinske and Correia for Cueto and Strasburg. If you look at it that way as well...that's a steal. Jeter will get better average, RBIs, HRs and probably more runs scores...but aside from Morgan...who does iSTEAL have that will give him stolen bases? Reyes will help that catagory greatly. Now yes...Longo and Howard will get 30-40+ HRs and 120+ RBIs (most likely) by season's end...but Werth and Vladdy are almost in the same boat the way they've been playing. Now Davis may only be hitting .275...but he has 21 runs scored and he only has had 120 AB. That's pretty impressive. Werth is in his contract season and it seems as if he's going down the same path that many others have gone down before. He's having a career season right now. And he's actually becoming more of a threat than Howard right now. And he only bats 1 man behind him so when Howard Ks 200 times this season...Werth is there to pick up the pieces as he'll probably hit over .310 this season while Howard will probably get his .270 max average. It's not totally lopsided. That's what I'm saying. He has a decent 3B to take his spot. Ike Davis will play 1st. He gets some outfield depth. And Vlad, soon enough, will also become OF eligable.

Ok let me rephrase just incase i said something wrong or someone is not understanding me. Im not saying this trade is Ublado Jimenez for Mike Hampton. The only reason i am doing this and not just putting it through is because on 2 trades i have recieved messages on how we should use a vote if there is any question in a trade. This trade involves 10 players. Some in which i have a question. In order for me to keep everyone happy i dont have a choice. Being the commish = always being the bad guy

But if we counted hitting stats for pitchers...Ubaldo/Hampton would be more fair.

Ya tough breaks for us. I trade Halladay and he is going to throw a perfect game tonight and the guy i got back Votto is missing games left and right and the Reds are keeping it some sort of secret.

I agree with what your saying on keeping the integrity of the league, which I'm all for...  But its not like CABLE and I know each other and there was no monkey business...

I always lose the wins catagory and it's always because somebodies closer/long relief guy picks up a win. Pisses me off.
