I'm just saying. How can you judge the trade based on 1 bad performance by Cueto. I'm sure you're fine with trading Halladay because you know what he did in the first game after you traded him won't happen every single outing. And niether will what happened to Cueto. He's been pitching very well lately and had a tough outing. That's not the only start he's going to make for iSTEAL and he'll be better in other starts for the remainder of the season.

sparky: we'll talk later tonight..  i grabbed colby rasmus to play OF just in case u do want heyward/ely for hughes .. ely pitched very well (0.57 whip, 0 earned with 5 k's..)  he wont strike out 10+ but he'll give u a solid outing..  hope things start to turn around for u buddy, i was in dead last also at 1 time, it sucks. i dropped figgins if ur interested in him, who knows he could have a good 2H but i couldnt wait any longer for him to come around he was killing my AVG when he was in there...  talk to ya later,

Your right i am fine with trading Halladay. Do you know why? Im left with Gallardo, Hamels, Garcia, Anderson, Nolasco and a few other solid options. Not only that if i did have Halladay he would have been on my bench that night because i was playing Powerade and was waiting for one of his closers to blow up. Imagine that i would have sat a perfect game. Would have sucked.Vottos first game back 4-5, 3 runs, a HR and an RBI. Thats a perfect game for me as a hitter. I traded a stud to get a stud. I traded a stud because i still have a sick staff. I dident trade my top 3 picks to get back a bunch of questions marks and garbage. I will never let that trade go and trust me i am not the only one. IT MADE NO SENSE

Tough break with Hamels though with the rain delay. But you'll get another start with him this week so it will all even out.

Indeed. Good trade all around. You really had no choice on the trade with the situation you are in. I still have Byrd, Gardner, Lind, Ludwick, Span, Kelly Johnson and Brian Roberts on the block if any of them interest you or anyone else.

sparky:  it was a good deal especially since u need offense.. dont lose any sleep over dropping francis bro', he aint worth a roster spot imo, u could get better on the FA list ....  

i wanted another solid SP so i have jimenez, kershaw, price and hughes then marcum, leake, delarosa followed by 2 ok guys in Dice-K and vargas...   my SP is good to go now.. once cruz comes back from the DL he'll take heywards spot in OF with cargo/dunn/guillen/ and rasmus..   

i think ely is a very good young arm, he hasnt allowed more then 2 earned yet and gives u solid outing after solid outing..  hope they both treat u good buddy...

yo you better slow down with all the moves spark..  your up to 45, we get 80 MAX MOVES...   i divided them by the weeks and make sure i chill that way come end of the year i have some just in case i need them...

powerade:  u still interested in moving cain?  what would u want for him?     i dont even bother anymore with the SV catagory, i had 1 real closer in brian wilson and after i traded him i was left with gas can hoffman.. its 1 catagory i dont have to worry about and i can use them roster spots for SP and Bats..  

the moves add up quickly if u dont keep an eye on them, im already at 33 so i gotta watch it... im getting to a point where im happy with my bat production and very pleased with my SP's.. i would like to add 1 solid rbi/hr guy but if hill starts hitting better and i get ok production outta my SS i should be fine..

Trust me. I'm keeping an eye on them. The problem is...if I don't get my team setup now...it wont matter if I have any moves left because I'll be too far behind. I NEEDED to get Aviles. I NEEDED to replace Kendrick. I have Verlander and Zito now so I need to stock up on a lot of guys with potential.

URISS just passed me in moves actually. I don't know what he could be unhappy with...he has Howard, A-Rod, Longoria, Wells and Jeter.

Now...without Morales...I'm in panic mode. I couldn't win offensive weeks WITH him...what am I supposed to do without him? Heyward isn't the answer to my prayers.

But powerade...I'm interested in Glaus and Abreu. What do you want for that duo.

I NEED Carlos Pena to start giving a fuck. He'd be lucky to hit 23 homers this season. But as scary as it is...he's still the 5th best RBI producer on my active team and 4th in homers.
