not sure spark, i wanna try and make a push for 6th and i get Pablo, Hanley and Holliday this week so i might hold onto him unless i get at least a 4th or 5th.
trading picks is tough cause i dont know who's gonna be available come next years draft, i have to sit down and make a list up of all the Keepers by position and see who's left then see if any of them are gonna possibly be Franchise'd and see whats left..
Well...my pick up of Ike Davis makes him a franchise tag eligible player. Clearly he's not wanted now...but come the trade deadline...he may be.
Because the only available 1st basemen in the draft next year is Ryan Howard, Paul Konerko, Adam Lind and Billy Butler.
This is why I'm keeping Hosmer...unless Moustakas changes my mind.
RHP Anibal Sanchez has emerged as the Marlins' ace. Now he's talking like one. Last week, when he knew Roy Halladay would start in Wednesday's doubleheader, he asked manager Edwin Rodriguez for permission to go up against the ace. "When we found out, he said he wanted that game," Rodriguez said. "He's up for the challenge. That's what it's all about." Sanchez (6-1, 3.06) will start in the second game. He's 3-7 with a 5.65 ERA in 12 career starts against the Phillies, including 1-5 with a 7.85 ERA in eight starts at Citizens Bank Park.
