As everyone should know already...I change my mind several thousand times when dealing with trades. Unfortunately for you...you get that message thing to your email on every move.

I love this 5x5 league. Everyone else I talk to does point systems. Those are boring as hell. No strategy at all is needed.

It's clearly not because he's BAD...but he's not pitching the way he should be against the easy teams he's faced and his WHIP, since coming back from his back injury, has been dreadful. Hits after hits after hits. That's why I figured I'd offer Oswalt instead of Gio. And I need Gio's K's...something else Oswalt hasn't provided me with.

Steal for you. Oswalt has been awful this year. A trade made on a name basis. Oswalt has the name but Masterson has the numbers. Oswalts velocity has been down the whole season and he strikes no one out anymore. Right now i would take Masterson over him and you pick up a furture pick. Nice trade .

I just dont shoot down trades to shoot them down. I shoot them down when they are fucking stupid and make no sense TO ME. Does not mean it does not make sense to someone else. Once again this was a great trade for you. Trade a older pitcher for a younger pitcher who is just as good and get a 3rd rounder next year.

I like your analysis here ManRam, but im thinking his velocity could be down from the time he lost with the tornadoes and such.

5 picks in the first 3 rounds. I like that. Obviously it's not as deep a draft because of the keepers but the first few rounds should have some good players.

And the trades I kept sending/declining were a 4-5 from you instead of a 3, to get more picks. But then thought it was meaningless because the upcoming draft isn't that deep. I evaluated who should be around during the 4-5 rounds and it just wouldn't be worth it. But I figured that out after I sent/canceled multiple times

It's just a shame that my 3rd rounder from you will be towards the end.

PSM: you couldve shopped that 3rd Rd selection and i might of parted with Hudson who has way better #'s then Oswalt.. and you let my proposal just sit there for Pedroia and i wouldve did Latos + Hudson or maybe Cliff Lee cause i really wanted Pedroia....   bad business bro'  

i laughed when Sparky offered me Oswalt and a 24th for Hudson and my 3rd Pick..     you would of had to give me a 3rd not hudson + MY 3rd for your old ass pitcher who has 11 earned R's in his L19 innings with only 9k's and he has like 2 W's in his last 12 starts or something...

hudson has almost 90 K's to Oswalts 40, ERA is slightly higher but his WHIP is lower and he's been on fire lately throwing 22 innings L3 starts with 19 K's and only 3 earned R's..  he has 7 W's in his L10 starts..

its all good bro...   i hope for my teams sake he pitches lights out and has a great second half for you..   i wanna streak down Broad street again in my ass-less Chaps like i did in 08' when we won the W-Series and we need Oswalt if we'r gonna have any chance...

I'm sure he'd trade him for Hanley. But you'd have to add to it.

  i do to but i still wouldnt want to face the phils rotation...  Doc, Lee and Cole in a 7 game series, Doc would pitch 2 games in that series..       they could possibly have them 3 as the rotation if oswalt struggles alot 2nd half and we do get there with no major injuries.. 

I still want a bat.
