4Th overall pick

in a standard 12 team league no ppr. assuming ap cj and foster are gone who would be the best pick at 4th. non keeper league and very competitive. thx in advance

Even in a non PPR I I'm taking Ray Rice 4th.
Addition of Leach & loss of McGahee are both great for his fantasy value.

In PPRs you can realistically think about him 1st overall this year.

I would go Rice here for the reasons stated above but would definitely consider Charles here as well. Really can't go wrong either way, 4th and 5th are great spots to draft this year.

interesting signing in kc with former raven vulchur mcclain...clearly, he is more of a fullback but if you're looking for a tie breaker consider rice has no current competition for carries while charles has t. jones and mcclain, especially at the goal line.  the signing could signal the end of jones in kc, though i doubt it.  slight lean to rice now.
