2 QB league

I'm in a 12 team PPR league that has a flex spot that allows for Q/RB/WR/TE.

I'm wondering what my strategy should be for this draft? I know RB's are at a premium this year but QB's go very fast in this league. Wondering if I should go against the grain and draft RB early or follow the crowd and go QB?
