Hello,

Whenever you make a post in the help forum, we at Customer Support receive an email in regards to the post. Therefore there is no need to reach us through 'Contact Us'

well I usually use "Contact Us" because I don't like to "put my business in the street". it is only when I get NO response OR action that I post in Covers Help
